Liverwurst Sandwich

Ingredients

• 2 slices Liverwurst
• 2 slices white or rye bread
• Lettuce
• Mayonnaise

Method

Spread bread slice with mayonnaise (and mustard if you prefer), layer on the lettuce and liverwurst slices, top with bread slice.
