it is so sweet of you to post about these great deals. many years ago a friend bought me my red professional grade Kitchen-Aid from Zabars (in NYC) because they had the best deals, but nothing like this!

In my baking classes I always say that it's a permanant purchase (like a tattoo) and you will never regret it, because even if you don't bake all the time, it is an aesthetically pleasing still life all on its own.

The one exception I would give my husband for the "Not allowed to buy me gifts with an electrical cord."

Oh no, they don't ship to Canada! =(

Sadly, Amazon does not ship appliances and electronic gadgets internationally. This is a very tempting sale...

Have someone possibly in America that you trust have it shipped to them. They than can ship it to you!

Elise, thanks for posting this. I did order the red one and it is GORGEOUS! I can't wait to go home and try it out tonight. :)

That is a great deal, especially for a K5.

You find those bargains, girl!

Hey, that's mine! Yes, I have the red one and it's wonderful. The dough hook has made bread baking into a real joy. Plus, PRETTY!

I have been looking everywhere for a Red Cover for my daughter's Kitchenaid mixer. I was given a beautiful red cover which was purchased at Penneys, through the catalog I believe, but now they don't carry it. Can someone tell me where I can get a red cover for my daughter's Kitchenaid mixer and stand? Thanks.

I got a pink kitchen aid mixer from the breast cancer foundation. It's a little more pricey, but the extra cash goes towards breast cancer research, plus the mixer is that awesome pink color!

I have the silver one--it was a wedding present and I just love it. It creams butter and sugar like nobody's business!
